Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

i came up with this plan when manic and was going to follow through with it but i cut up my debt card days prior and couldnt buy the tickets online

i want to buy a ticket to new york
go to the MET museum (im a big fan of art history) and then throw myself infront of a subway

ive read subway suicides are almost instant and almost always fatal

also it would be great if the trains disfigures me enough that i cant be recognized/idenified so my family doesn't know

however im more likely to just od or hang myself
ive attempted to od twice before so maybe i should just find a new method

They aren't always fatal. I don't know the statistics, but I was there when somebody survived. More people seem to get pushed infront of the train then suicides it seems , bur that was my original plan. There were times I went with the purpose to die. One time I can very close. Well there were a few close calls, but I was stooped. This one time I started shaking violently. SI, and resistance to feel that pain ad the train grinds your body is what got to me, and I started looking for other methods. By that time it was near impossible for me to off myself. To many people knew. Just wouldn't let me go.

A lot depends on how fast the subways are going. Depending on how you land, it could knock you to the side and not run over you. also During busy hours, a lot of the trains run on the slower side and if one was to get hit at a lower speed, it might not kill a person but just seriously mess them up. As in alive but permanent damage and a great deal of pain. Also, overcoming SI will be an issue. And even if you are able to overcome that and go through with it, for the person driving the subway and the passages/people nearby who see it, it will most likely leave them with some serious emotion scars. Many drivers who have run someone over have stated they have serious cases of PTSD that is difficult to get over. So that is also something to consider.
