The More I think about it the less I want to try this method. There are too many posts about people trying and failing. You don't see a lot of posts about people saying they attempted with N or firearm and failed. However that could be due to them failing and they ended up in a coma or are permanently locked in a psych ward. The professionals will definiely deem you as a danger to yourself and know it wasnt an attempt if you used one of these methods. I had a hard time getting out of the psych ward one time when I. cut my wtists - the social worker told me some methods categorize you at a higher risk, which looking back is pretty inaccurate since its well documented how unreliable & difficult that method is. Not like in the movies where you just bleed out peacefully. And gives you lots of time to call 911.
From what I've seen the failed attempts are from people attempting this ctb method with haste. They don't plan it out well, they use SN that has been opened and has turned into Nitrate, they don't use antiemetics, antacids, benzo, they get found somehow (that seems to be the biggest one), they throw it up, they don't take enough, etc...

I don't think it is the method that is the issue, attempts done unsuccessfully due to human error is the cause of failure.

If you fail the side effects only last a day unlike other methods that would leave you fucked

I'm wondering about the long term effects since it's supposed to be carcinogenic. Also, if you are using lab grade SN and not food grade, I heard the anti caking agent is different. Does this mean if you're using non-food grade SN (like loudwolf), there would be long term adverse effects from the anti caking agent too?

Yea, most won't care because they're going to be dead, but whenever I hear SN is "completely reversible," those two things look like caveats.

What leads you to believe loudwolf is non-food grade? I know it doesn't say so on the bottle, but he advertises as being so.

First of all, glad to hear you have no side effects and thank you very much for sharing your story!
I have a question: Did you fast before taking SN? If yes for how long?

It takes quite a while for sn to work:aw:, but apparently after 15 minutes people generally pass out!
15min is kinda long time..when mine time comes, hope it's goes nicely ..maybe Cocaine helps, have some 10g left..

I ordered directly from their website, I didn't see anything about food grade on there but I could have missed it. The bottle doesn't say it and I heard others mention it wasn't so I assumed that conclusion.

Also, it seems he has taken sodium nitrite off the website now, or else it's out of stock, so I wasn't able to check what it says currently.

Strange, in the title it says food grade but the description says reagent grade.

I agree. I've posted that thought elsewhere as well. I didn't know as much about it then, but yes,it is most often because the person acted hastily.

May just be a way to sell it easier. Kind of shady dealings if people do use it for food though and they aren't suppose to. One of the reasons I bought it is because I thought it was food grade. Like you said.. I don't think worrying about the anti caking material will mean much to those who use it to ctb. I'm sure it will get the job done regardless.
