Venting my ex keep talking shit about me It makes my mental health bad

It really get my mental health to be sooo bad
and they talking publicly in twitter which makes people talk about me and call me names I feel so tired of this it's been like this for 3 months. I don't like people judging me and talking shit about me when they don't even Know me or my side of the story

I don't wanna talk to her to stop talking about me.. cause last time we talked about our breakup she kept saying shut up to me and I just stoped talking :(
I don't wanna talk to her again cause I'm scared she will hurt me again

The best thing you can do is remove yourself from the situation entirely by staying off twitter.

Eventually she'll get tired and move on unless she plans on dedicating her entire twitter to you for the rest of her life. Which is pretty sad on her part.
