My Ctb Preparation Plan

-Buy Sn Ingredients (All done except propranolol)
-Deliver flowers and candles to my love's grave.
-Set up and transfer my businesses to my only sibling.
-Meet my mom for the last time,in two weeks time.
-Write Goodbye letters (Already written one for the cops and one for family members in general (not close).2 more to go.
Will be following stan's regime using;
2X 20g SN
3 X 10mg Metoclopramide
4 X 200mg Ibuprofen
10 X 5mg Diazepam
? X 40mg Pantoprazole (not sure how much i should take)
?X Propranolol also not sure how much is needed
Kindly advise on the dosage of both pantoprazole and propranolol.
I will dry fast for 12-24 hours before.
Planning to ctb at night,when everyone is asleep or book an hotel (might cause suspicion)

Are benzos (sleeping pills) necessary? Would it be uncomfortable without the sleeping pills?

Has anyone studied the side effects of SN in detail? I saw side effects like seizures and intense stomach ache & diarrhoea listed on some articles on Google so I ask.

The seizures etc appear to be rare. Best to read through the resources. There are a few studies fellow users have put together to help. Unfortunately experiences vary.

i'll do both if advised,i had left out benzos in my list.

For me benzos are necessary,i would use diazepam 5mg that's the only one i could get,i'm planning to use 10 X 5mg ,but i can use more if someone with the right information suggests.

So according to my to do list,today mum came,i don't know why i'm emotional,i feel like crying,i'm teary,i'm really struggling to hide it from her but she'll realize something is wrong,she knows i'm still grieving my love so she might not ask.I also feel sad mostly because my love's whatsapp account just got inactivated because of inactivity but it brought harsh reality and pain again,i feel everything i cherished is soon fading,i will be left without anything.This is where i have been sending him messages regarding my emotions and feelings daily.I really feel overwhelmed today.

Let's see how our final time together as a family (the 3 of us) goes by.
