i hate myself because the only way i cope is to self harm, do substances or overeat. im so miserable and can barely function, always fantasizing about ending my life whilst slowly destroying my body. Drugs destroy my brain and make me more emotionally unstable than i already am. theres no way out of my situation so this is my only answer. Is it worth it to kill myself instead of living like this?
