My anxiety and suspected Autism has significantly ruined my life

i feel shaky and anxious for seemingly no reason, i tremble whenever i walk, When i have to talk to people i gulp and my hands sweat, my voice gets shaky and i look away from the person with a deep sinking feeling in my stomach, i cant understand people and i isolate myself, people constantly ask me if i hate them, when i dont, i just dont get how to interact.
