Personally I'm going to listen to NF his music and lyrics are very relatable

Probably not music but one of them neural tracks that induces sleep.

Music I like would probably trigger my SI and ruin the attempt.

If you choose to jump then it shuldd definitely be Nomera by LSP. This song has quite a history of being people's anthem when they jump.

I've already done extensive research into suicide songs. Here are a few:

Suicidal Dream - Silverchair (For me it's the best)
Fade to Black - Metallica (The lyrics are perfect)
Tourniquet - Evanescence

P.S.:
Don't do anything on impulse.

If you have any hope, no matter how small, I think it's worth a try

I never realized until I got to this state how the extreme genres of metal (especially black) have so much CTB mindset. I guess I'll repost some here. Look up the lyrics if you choose.

Plenty more.

Feel like it depends on what appeals to you most when you think of ctb. I'm going for a playlist of 2000s hits: pop, rock, metal, mostly artists everyone's heard of, because I want to go through memories. I want to be thinking about the best of my life and those times that were nostalgic. But you might want some calming music to induce sleep and a lack of sense and mind? Or maybe loud, hard rock, scream metal to drown it all out, bring out the emotions as you go?
