Good choice. My favorite song is Bug Vomit. Too bad they didn't release more music, they had potential. Also, you made a good recommendation in another thread, in regards to Hereditary. It was nice seeing a horror film that didn't rely on jump scares.

I'd make it smoker friendly and purposely redesign the storefronts to invoke cyberpunk imagery or nostalgic shopping centres from the 1980s.
