• Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

I don't know if anyone here is a fan of king crimson, but this song is so peaceful I'd live for it (not really but it's so blissful)

Haha finally some more classical. I'm glad there's still people who listen to it. I love Mahler and Chopin's nocturnes. Satie is always very soothing. Though I prefer composers like Beethoven, Rachmaninoff, Prokofiev or Bach. But Mahler and Chopin are still high on my personal list of preference :)

@chlorine Your post inspired me to post some! I enjoyed the ones that you shared, the one from Romeo & Juliet is so dramatic. I also really like Tchaikovsky.

This is a piece of music I heard randomly somewhere, quite dramatic.

Smetana. I love Smetana.
Since we're talking classical, here's some other suggestions.

Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata 3rd movement, one of my favorite piano pieces.

And of course Rachmaninoff's 3rd piano concerto. The 3rd movement is also bomb.

I've been whispering softly, trying to build a cry up to a scream
We let the past slip away, and put the future on hold
Now the present is nothing but a hollowed out dream

A nice and nostalgic song by PinocchioP. I don't listen to much Vocaloid music, except for Oliver songs (mainly steampianist) and kikuo. But this song always gives me a nice warm feeling. I also like the lyrics, so pure.

And then Comes kikuo... I just can't get enough of this odd, weird and strange alien music.

And finally, steampianists secret of Wysteria. Inspired by the cannibal serial killer Albert Fish. So morbid.
And for today I'm done posting this genre lol.

@silentsinger That's a very lovely song. I'd only really heard Aint No Sunshine of his before.

Because Otis Redding is one of my all time favourite musicians...

I just posted it because I think it's beautiful and makes me think of someone who has really gone out their way for me recently.
That is such a lovely song, I've never actually heard that before. Thank you for posting it.

Yeah it is really beautiful!
I'm glad you enjoyed it, I don't think there are any of Otis' songs I don't like, one for every emotion, haha.

There's also an I Monster version of this song, but I prefer the original. Discovered it through Mr. Nobody if i remember correctly, and the I monster version was in Mr. Robot, so another reason to like this.

A classic from Soft Cell. The Marilyn Manson cover is also very cool. But I still prefer giving more credit to the original.

The original 'Mad World?. The one from Donnie Darko is just a cover from Gary Jules. A nice cover, but i personally prefer this one.

I recently watched this movie and I can't stop listening to the soundtrack. I was already a fan of the krautrock band CAN, so I already liked their songs included in the soundtrack, but what I really can't stop listening to right now are the classical/instrumental pieces done for the film because of their haunting/somber sound and the film is largely about suicide so it seems fitting.
