Yeah I recall that part, I meant once the story concluded and they went their separate ways. I assume Jin went back therehe did and helped her escape to a women's retreat on some island or small piece of land across a lake it was sad but at least she's safe if they ever brought back the show I would like to see them reunite (hopefully they won't because it's good on its own and makes you wonder what adventures each character is on now since the story is over)
Record labels are a great way to find other, or similar, artists. I used to follow a Japanese psychedelic band Kikagaku Moyo before the disbanded, and they've got some good artists signed to their own record label.that's why I enjoy the genre (I forgot the name I guess lo-fi and boom bap) along with hip hop and rap they tend to use many samples which you can also look for to broaden your musical horizons (especially with music labels like Stones Throw) I do not know how to word it but I think you'll understand but if you like stuff like that and finding various samples for different albums and artists I highly recommend this channel haven't watched them in ages though also this channel although I haven't been in the mood for that genre in a while
Cool way to find some foreign stuff. Got a huge playlist of Brazilian music though this and recommendations from someone else that got me into Latin music.
He has a few Miles Davis and John Coltrane samples from what I've discovered so far, Jose Feliciano is another one(Affirmation - George Benson)edit: but also discovering a sample without any help is so satisfying especially if it's an artist you already know
Awesome, they have a different sound with every album due to lineup changes. Should start with The Yes Album or Fragile up to Relayer, backtrack and listen to the first two, then finish their discography. The Yes Album is where they found their sound imo & Close to the Edge is their "magnum opus"oh cool ! I think I am going to try to listen to some of their stuff I wish I was good at an instrument I have been forced to play bass, drums, and synth (I was bad at all of them because I had no idea what I was doing lmao but also too shy to play but I was okay at bass) before
Learning any instrument is fun. It's a nice hobby/talentbut my talents where in sound tech duties which is fun but I wish I could play bass so then I could look cool haha but also as a new hobby to add to the collection of things I've tried
I went from drums to guitar at 20~(and also played trumpet in school) and have been enjoying learning since.
Never seen this lol, thanks for sharing. That was similar to my older brothers reaction when I used to watch Bleach or Trigun in the early 2000s , he got more invested than me(apologies for such the long reply) edit 2: unrelated but I like your new pfp haven't watched Inuyasha in years though and it reminded me of this classic
