Yeah- it's a very insensitive and dismissive thing to say to anyone. We never really know what someone is dealing with. We all get hung up on different things.

To say it to you though is appalling. Whoever they are- they should have the empathy to try and imagine living your life. Some things, it's virtually impossible to just 'move on' from.
