Venting missing someone

short post but i miss someone. he's not dead or anything sad, i just fell in love with this guy around this time last year (after checking, it's been exactly almost a full year but one month off haha) and we're friends now but don't talk often. wished him a happy new year and he hasn't responded back. sometimes i get like this, where i miss him so much that it feels like a physical gap in my stomach. he gave me the best year last year, i don't know. listening to music that he likes: reincarnated by kendrick lamar <3. i want to see him again soon, maybe next semester i'll run into him. anyone else feel a physical sensation when they miss someone?

I hope you do get to see him. Yes, I used to feel similar to you- like hollows opening up inside my chest when I used to cry about the family members that had died. I used to hope that would be enough to kill me but, obviously not.

Yes. It hurts my chest and throat. The person I miss and trust most won't talk to me and I don't know what I did to cause it. He acted like he cared before, so I know it was something I did, but I wish I knew what so I could finally fix myself.
