Minimizing Clean Up?

When I ctb, I want to minimize the mess I leave behind. And the smell.

I can't imagine someone opening my room door and being hit with the imagery and smell of a dead body. I think there's no need to traumatize someone like that.

I've been trying to brainstorm. For example, getting a large enough plastic bag and sitting in it as I ctb. The method I'm looking at is blood loss, because the idea of fading out is appealing to me. But honestly, unless I could catch the blood in a more neat way, it's going to be messy, so I'm also researching other methods.

But basically, does anyone else have suggestions to minimize mess? I did think about going to a nature-y area, like the mountain or ocean so there would be no body to deal with. But I also don't want to make the people I leave behind not have closure. Even if you leave behind a note, I feel like not having the body gives people the false hope of, 'What if?'

Sorry this is so rambley. I feel shy about posting so I just dump everything all at once. And this is my first time posting, please let me know if I break any forum rules.

You're going to affect people emotionally no matter what you do. Maybe do it at a hotel, because you'll be checked on for sure after your stay time has expired, which won't be more than a day.

That's why I'm planning to do it in my car. But, my method is SN.

Your method is blood loss. So, how about do it in the bathtub/shower area? Also, send scheduled email(s). So, they find you soon enough before your body decompose too much, and they have an idea about what going to see in advance.

Careful, it's easy to be found in a car,unless you're don't it alone in your garage..
