i feel like a long time ago i heard something like blue whale challenge where you stay up late, then watch a horror film and do x y and z to get into the mind set to CTB. I dont think this has any real merit or cases of people being pushed to do it. but it makes me think what can i do to get into the mind set to push past any SI to just do it.
currently my method i cutting words into myself to show how much mental pain and torture they put me through, then stay up for 48 hours so i really want to give into the sleep when it happens.
what mind set things help to accept CTB and help bypass my SI. i know i have no choice here its just making sure i get it done when i need
