I didn't try it yet, although I had some consulting with a psychedelic therapist when travelling last year and had 2 months pre-dosed ready. From what I remember, there are a few different protocols to follow. The main ones are every-second day (or day 1 and 4), or Stamet's protocol that are 4 days on, 3 days off I think. You must do some research for what suits you. James Fadiman is one of the pioneers on this field and I can advice you to check out the site microdosinginstitute.com.
Doses are often 0.1-0.2g. SSRIs will affect it and make it less effective.

I just started microdosing but I'm on antidepressant which I hear can reduce the effectiveness
