I'm in the US, I've tried to find a reliable meto vendor but have been unable to thus far. The only prescription antiemetic I can source is Zofran. I'm wondering, would 24mg of it suffice prior to ingestion of 100g GHB and alcohol?

Seems good to me. Way above the average dose actually. Shouldn't cause too much trouble. Keep looking for meto though, and only use this alone if you can't find it at all.
I asked my doctor and they refused. I also looked at various clearnet merchants, none of which seemed legit. Then I resorted to the dark web, and surprisingly, there was quite literally no one selling it.

Once you get some more posts and can private message, hit me up. I have a source which I ordered my Meto from and this month I am awaiting an order of beta blockers to arrive. It take about 4-6 wekks from placing the order to getting it, but they are legit.
