Discussion Method w/ least mental resistance

I want to do the option with the least mental resistance (because I'm kind of a coward). To describe what I mean I will list them from high to low mental resistance as I imagine them.

High mental resistance
Jumping
Shooting yourself
Hanging
Poisoning (Sodium Nitrite)
Inert gas asphyxiation

Low mental resistance

If any of you have attempted these methods and disagree or can suggest an even lower mental resistance method please let me know. Time to unconsciousness is the second most important factor.

i think overdosing has a pretty low mental resistance. maybe physical in the way you have to get them down and the possibility of throwing up. i took a bunch of melatonin with my cocktail of pills to knock myself out as soon as possible after taking everything else.
granted my attempt was impulsive so there really wasnt any thinking going on
