Help Method Help

As some of you know, I'm under constant surveillance and every package is checked and my room is checked often, they visit my room randomly to see what I'm up to.

If you were in such a condition and wanted to ctb, what options would you've?

I myself have considered plastic bag, but that didn't work. I was gasping for breath
I have tried od but that never worked
I got a rope but that got confiscated
I got helium balloons but they didn't have pure helium.

So, I'm out of methods that i can do in this situation


The only time i have is at night when everyone's asleep.. They have got some trust on me these days so they don't check me at night..

Let me know what would you do if you were in my shoes or any other creative ideas that you would think of..

I can't go out without permission and if i go out, whatever i bring is also checked.

I don't have access to anyone who can get me fent or something . I did find an online friend who uses cocaine but he didn't have access to heroine which could get converted to morphine upon getting ingested

They have made u a prisoner! Can u not run away and start your life aknew? You seem to me a very start individual with all your ideas about neuro programming and what not

I totally agree, I'd most definitely run away!! Even if it would basically mean being homeless, but anything is better than being imprisoned!!!

I was living away from family in the last month..
But that panic attack changed everything for me.. My hr called at my home and my father came by flight, i was transferred back to my home location.. so... That's how i landed back at my home..
I don't have an option to run away from my home atleast in the near future, so i have to think of something in the given circumstances.

I can use those neuro programming and all to improve my life but i don't have the energy to do so, i just want things to end..

Haha yeah..i feel like that pet dog at home who gets to eat all the meals and the "luxuries" or may be the bird in the cage who can't fly, but gets all it's meals and comfort
