Help Method help: partial suspension, any survivors willing to rate the pain?

I plan to CTB in my car (via partial suspension) , can anyone give me advice on how that should work. I've read that it's a mixed bag, you can go out painfully of peacefully, any survivors report any pain? How can I prevent pain as much as possible. I plan to ingest a mix of Xanax and Trazodone (and of course marijuana ) to keep myself as sedated (calm) as possible, any other medication I should consider?

Feeling nervous. I don't have health insurance and therefore I cannot afford to survive. I must ensure this method is as lethal as possible.

yeah you will feel pain but mainly discomfort alo its probably gonna take a few attempts dont get worked up, stop if you feel like ur heads gonna explode

How will you hang yourself in your car? I'm curious as there isn't really space for hang in a car
