Does anyone here know how lethal methiodone (IC-26) is? It is a synthetic opioid with apparent similar potency to methadone. I would be purchasing 1 gram's worth of it and ingesting this same amount too.
It looks like it has a long half life of at least 24-48+ hours, so unless immediate medical attention were sought, respiratory depression would be certain I imagine. Would it be fatal? Can't find much information on dosing or LD50s. I also have no prior tolerance to opioids.
The treatment if I were to be found would be naloxone (which lasts only 30-80 mins so would need multiple doses), airway protection and supportive care along with monitoring because of the long duration of effect. It seems as though survival would be a struggle with such a large (1g) quantity ingested even with medical care, which is what I am aiming for.
