methadone + xanax

Hi there. I chose a method through methadone (intramuscular) + xanax (oral). I have the following questions
1. What dosage of methadone is required. 0,5g or 1g?
2. What dosage of xanax is required?
3. What is the procedure? Xanax first then methadone? Or how?
4. I should be isolated for 12 hours or more? Right?

Dude, where are you getting methadone? It's odd to see it mentioned as powder/weights in grams.

I'm aslo unsure about using it IV unless you're lucky enough to have the right solution.

1g would be lethal. I had a tolerance and drank 250mg and was really pushing my luck. I was really feeling sketchy.

Amnesia would be from the xanax. I'd be curious to know how much methadone they took too. Methadone isn't the opioid I'd want to od on.

May I know why?

I think because I have opioid/opiate experience and feel like heroin would be a quicker and more comfortable way. Methadone takes some time to take effect so the feeling would be prolonged but with heroin (IV) it would be really quick. I have a lot of experience with methadone and I like it in medium (30-50mg) doses but when I took high (250mg) doses it wasn't very nice. Made me feel really uncomfortable and like I was teetering on being ill but I wasn't nodding out/falling asleep. It was more like my body felt anxious and nervously energetic. Like it was fighting the methadone. I think that amount would probably kill or harm many people.

I should say that what I described was a result of using it orally. If it's used IV it's probably much quicker and if so I'd probably have a different outlook on it. Intramuscular is no doubt quicker than orally ingested liquid too which is the only type of methadone I have experience with like I said. Intramuscular injection can be a little unpredictable though (variables on how you prepare it, your metabolism etc) and I don't know what the bioavailability is when done that way so that's probably something you should look into if you want it to be quick as possible. I really wish I could obtain powder myself. Just for long lasting pain relief tbh.

Ich fühlte mich wirklich unwohl und als würde ich krank werden, aber ich nickte nicht ein / schlief nicht ein. Es war eher so, als ob sich mein Körper ängstlich und nervös und energisch anfühlte. Als würde es gegen das Methadon kämpfen. Ich denke, dass diese Menge wahrscheinlich viele Menschen töten oder verletzen würde.

Das denke ich auch. Heroin lässt einen innerhalb von wenigen Sekunden nichts mehr mitbekommen. Ich habe mir heute alles geholt. Sehr sauberes und null gestreckt. Es wird mich umhauen. Mit Benzos dazu.
Diesen weg, ohne Schmerzen bevorzuge ich definitiv.
