Venting Mentally dead physically alive

Nothing helps , they lied gym = doesnt help , hobbies = doesnt help , going outside = doesnt help i may be very much physically alive but im dead and cremated on the inside . They lied nothing helps no matter what it is , i remain the same because of that one fucking reason that i wish wasnt ever there you should know , if someone is telling you things will get better or things will get better if you do this or that EVEN if its your own damn parents dont ever fucking trust them because it never helps nothing does i feel like most of us are dead on the inside but alive on the outside
