Help Mental health support groups

Hello everyone

I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions or good experiences with other support groups. I like this support group alot, it's just interesting to check out if there are any other options. That anyone would recommend also?

Seconding this. Would be great to find an in-person support group (I know that's not everyone's cuppatea though, I'm just old )

I understand what you are feeling, but age is a number. So i wouldn't worry to much about that
