I'm not at all surprised this thread is another one of "us against them".
People really need to grow up above misogyny and misandry.
To expand on this, everyone's extremely biased with topics like this.
The truth of the matter is women abuse men just as much as men do women.
The type of abuse differs person to person, but this isn't a gendered problem.
Men are more likely to kill their victims (I don't think we really need studies for this), and women are more likely to abuse their victims (see prison studies on sexual abuse among inmates).
The important take away here however is:
Most people aren't criminals.
Sex education is awful across the globe.
Social stereotypes enable a lot of the abuse towards both genders.
Ie, it's perfectly normal to call a man weak if they don't want sex.
A lot of women even abuse men over this.
And it seems just as normal to sexually harass women.
Such as cat calling, groping, getting way too close to personal boundaries.
Should either of these be normal? No, absolutely not.
