You're correct. I just meant that the mods must consider the matter settled and would prefer users stop asking about it. I understand the reasoning for removing it as an option.

I gave the suggestion to enable it for offtopic section. I take your point about people being insensitive in suicide or recovery section, it should not be enabled there.
