Method Meds I can overdose with in my country

I live in the Philippines and it's hard to get medication easily without prescription. This is my first time and I don't want to risk failure because of the consequences. I need it quick what's a medicine I can buy and overdose with? Anyone know?

From what I've tried on here it's pretty much impossible to die from taking any over the counter medication

Nothing you will find in a pharmacy will kill you by itself, or at least not without being extremely drawn-out and painful.

The resources thread is stickied, some of the methods described there don't require meds at all, nevermind otc meds
