Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Hi, I live in a third world country where the laws on meds are a little loose and you can get lots of prescription medicine without the prescription, so I was wondering if y'all have any ideas on what meds I should get.
Pentobarbital only. But it is highly regulated even in third world countries.
Please do not overdose on other medications. It will not be fatal but leave physical damages.
I am planning to OD to CTB. I ordered a substance that is 10x stronger then Fentanyl to OD. Its called isotonitazepyne. It binds to receptors in the brain that block oxygenated blood and you go unconscious right away with no tolerance.

mod note: this has been added to the suicide resource compilation at the top. This has been made in response to the ever increasing amount of posts made about highly unlikely methods. Please read before posting about one of these methods or feel free to link if someone does post about them...
Unless you get a very strong opioid like fentanyl, prescription or over-the-counter medication ODs are not recommended. They very rarely work and most often will leave you in the hospital and/or with organ damage.
