Hi all,

I've been on sertraline 100mg for 2 years. It works ok but I still have my bad days.

For the last 2 weeks I've added 100mg tramadol (unofficial, not prescribed to me by my GP).

It has honestly been the best I've ever felt, I can get through the day fine without any kind of bad thoughts or anxiety.

I've read this combination is dangerous and I'm basically asking if anyone here has done this, and if so, how did it go for you?

Any advice is welcome.
