I just got some documents from my psychiatrist for something and I saw my diagnosis for the first time. It says recurrent depression, ADHD, and bipolar. Is it common to write a diagnosis like this? The codes are F332, F900, F319.

What's confusing me is that my doctor never mentioned the possibility of bipolar. I don't really know what this diagnosis means.

Sorry, the image is in Korean but I wanted to show the codes.

I was diagnosed with persistent depression disorder, aspergers and bipolar 1 ages ago.
It's definitely a thing to be diagnosed bipolar with other mental illnesses.

Well that is for sure haha

Didn't know that, thought bipolar diagnosis would somehow not have MDD as a separate diagnosis as well.

The part I'm more confused is that I was never informed of this diagnosis.
