Very sad story. This Woman was killed in a car accident at about 4:30am on her way to work at one of the McDonald's I go to.
It was suppose to be her last day working the morning shift. They have a little memorial set up inside for her : (

No... Not even close. I usually just go up there to get a large pop for .99 with free refills and stare out one of the windows surrounded by old people drinking coffee reading the paper, and hearing little kids screaming in the McPlayPlace area.

I haven't eaten McDonalds in years. I do like their fries and some other stuff … I just don't go there.

Is it still that magical happy place for children anymore, I wonder? Do you remember when you ordered a happy meal it came in the red cardboard box with the golden arches? Or during Oct. when it came in lunch pails/buckets?

It's probably been 30 years since I had a happy meal lol maybe I'll get one for my last meal lol I think it's better nowadays for kids because they got that play place with video games and nowadays you can get apple juice or milk in your happy meals

You know I think I eat less food from Macca's than I drink their coffee frape's. I live on the stuff rofl I have one at least once a day but I don't eat food from there.

I've been complaining that they are redesigning the inside of all the McDonald's around me to look more like the inside of a Starbucks and I hate it !
Well I was just skimming through McDonald's on Wikipedia and saw this...
In 2006, McDonald's introduced its "Forever Young" brand by redesigning all of its restaurants, the first major redesign since the 1970s.[74][75]
The goal of the redesign is to be more like a coffee shop, similar to Starbucks. The design includes wooden tables, faux-leather chairs, and muted colors; the red was muted to terracotta, the yellow was shifted to golden for a more "sunny" look, and olive and sage green were also added.
