i absolutely can't wait to find a new job. so basically i work with my step grandma and she only speaks spanish. my boss speaks spanish and english but he only talks to her. i literally just started like 2 days ago and whenever i do something wrong he doesn't tell me, he goes to her and starts nitpicking everything i do wrong. it's like you're a grown man literally just tell me what im doing wrong so i can actually fix it instead of complaining. i usually don't care what other people say but when its ALL you do it gets irritating. he doesn't work either he just sits there on his phone and watches us. i know he doesn't HAVE to work but it's still like damn if you're gonna complain about me working tell ME and not the person that can't even communicate with me properly.
