Venting losing mobility

i'm 7 years into my ms diagnosis now and i'm losing mobility in my legs. maybe this is insensitive of me but the idea of eventually having to get around in a wheelchair makes me really depressed for my future, because accessibility and aid is so scarce in this world and idk if i'll have the mental strength to live that way.
