Losing all hope

I think I'm beginning to accept my fate now,I truly don't think my friend is returning i don't see a future without them and have struggled with findint happiness for a long time as well as causing so many people so much pain…i want it to be over i've wanted this for some time but i just can't find the help to do it i know I can't do this alone not just fear of taking the last step but just getting it all together sorta speak…i just wish i could speed this whole process along and be done with it

Sounds cliche i know, but do you have anyone in your life that you would trust enough to go to for help? It may not be the help you had in mind, but if you havent had this conversation with anyone in your physical life it might be worth a shot. You mention a friend leaving, but do you still have any way to contact them, even if its just for some advice?

Either or been looking for a partner but it's difficult to find someone nearby also had a friend irl assisting abit but due to their own circumstances it's difficult to help much and i guess advice would be helpful also but that only goes so far and i feel i have enough method's already to try

Do you want someone to be physically with you, or is it enough for someone to talk to you, for example on the phone?
This second option is a little easier.

I understand that you need emotional support in your final moments.

I'm aware it has its risks and ik someone irl i trust but as i believe i've said before they have their hands tied and it's difficult to make any meaningful progress

As for having someone comforting me over the phone I wouldn't mind that either i believe i made a thread about it awhile back but didn't really get any takers

Consider the advantages and disadvantages of all available methods.
Choose the most optimal one.

In my opinion, it would be good if you already chose one method.
It would definitely help.
You would have to focus and concentrate more.

Can you prepare a detailed plan?
This would reduce the risk of unpredictable circumstances and reduce some stress.
