I don't remember since I blacked out but I later counted and took 7 pills with 1mg each in total. I remember taking 2 or 3 and waiting an hour before doing it.
I was completely blacked out the next 2 days and was tranquilized for like a week or so afterwards so don't take too much in case you fail.

Sounds like the experience was hectic for you... sorry that you had to go through it... my plan is to take 3 X 1mg an hour before then maybe 3 after again ... but still second guessing the 3 after... thank you the answers

how much did you take? I was only given a single pill (it looks really funny alone in the bottle lol) since it was for a procedure instead of constant anxiety, and I'm pretty sure it's under 1 mg. would that have any effect at all or would it be basically useless?

A single 1 mg pill will help, but ideally for me it should be around 3-4.

3mg of lorazepam allowed me to inject about 80% of a vial of insulin without much hesitation. That was lots of needles over and over again.
