• Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

I knew it. I fucking knew the moment Biden stepped down and they announced Kamala was running that we were fucked. It's 2016 all over again except this time it's worse. I stand to lose my disability payments, Medicare and Medicaid, the right to fucking exist, everything. I'd cry if I could feel anything right now.
I worry about loosing my disabilty and medicaid to :(

It's awful. I will never understand how vile so much of the country supports such a garbage human being.

My family are all naturalized citizens and minorities living in a deep red state, and I have a lot of queer friends. I was hoping for a Harris presidency, so that I could CTB with the peace of mind that I won't be leaving my parents behind in a fascist hellhole. Living for their sake has been painful enough as it is, but now I ache at the thought of going through with my plans. I don't know what's going to happen to them.

I'm just so scared, I don't know what to do anymore.

I'm stunned and depressed. The nation is full of ignorance and hate. Trump's next moves?

He will pardon himself, and his cronies
RFK Jr as heath and food admin
Cannon as AG
Dismantle ACA
Dismantle social security
Eliminate dept of education
Attempt to remove the 22nd amendment

Whats the matter though? Did he say something I missed?
He's not just said a lot of things, he's promising to do a lot of things. His policy centers around making life so much harder for:
  • American Women
  • American Children and Students
  • Gay Americans
  • Transgender Americans
  • The American Lower and Middle Classes
  • Immigrants
  • Ukrainians who depend on Western aid for their freedom
  • Palestinians
  • African Americans, Asian Americans and every other racial minority in the US
These people already have it incredibly difficult as is, and it's about to get so much worse.

I wish that was the case, but it's incredibly hard to do that because Americans are very impoverished, and also a lot of places have very strict immigration regulations. Where can you immigrate to easily from the US? That's safe for the minorities escaping the US to begin with?
You could do it with very little money you can try workaway or other work abroad programs. They even help you get a visa sometimes. Also there are some english teaching positions abroad that offer free housing. Some countries like México and EU also offer 180 day tourist visas if you just want to escape for awhile and do visa runs.

It's a nightmare. Democracy crumbled, and the worst part is that half of the country cheered it on. My heart aches for all of the people who will suffer because of it.

I remember Ron Desantis advocating for sex offenders to be given the death penalty last year, while also advocating that queer people be labelled as sex offenders. He's clearly laying down the tracks for legal executions of queer folks—and probably anyone else who isn't a white Christian male.

Abortion/birth control ban, women getting their periods tracked, it'll be harder to get a divorce, gay marriage ban, transgender people considered predators and banning gender affirming health care, department of education will be more fucked up than it already is resulting in uneducated Americans who are more likely to lean right, no support for Ukraine because Trump is bffs with Putin, no support Palestinians, and hell, maybe they'll even bring segregation back.

Kind of drastic reasoning to cbt dont you think? You could move to another country if your unhappy with the US.
Ah yes, because its just so easy to fully uproot your life and move shop to another country! Its not the worst option, to be fair, but its far from accessible, but like, america going full nazi germany on our asses is going to have global consequences. At the very least, its going to empower reactionary and fascistic governments worldwide to know that the most powerful country in the world is now ideologically aligned with them.
I'm not American so I don't fully know the system, but I thought mail-in ballots still hadn't been counted/some states haven't closed the polls yet? Or am I mistaken?
This is true. There is still hope, for now. I mean, even if trump wins, there's probably still some kind of hope, but fuck, man, I don't blame people for wanting to just get it over with.

Considering more than half of the country voted for Trump, it's safe to say that these people don't want meaningful change. They just wanna spread bigotry and screw over as many people as possible. Maybe we won't need to CTB, cuz climate change is gonna kill us all anyway.

There's a Wikipedia article about him that branches out into several other Wikipedia entries. That would be as good a place to start as any. And you can always go to your favorite search engine and type in "why is donald trump so bad" and spend all day reading the articles.

People don't fucking get it. Nobody is CTBing because their favorite team lost or whatever. If Trump wins, if Republicans win senate, house, a lot of people are going to be fucked. Women, minorities, LGBTQ+. Shit, even other countries will be fucked. Project 2025 will destroy what little democracy we have left. I'm so sick of people voting for this human piece of garbage. And I don't wanna hear shit about "both sides" because one side isn't trying to fucking tell me what I can and can't do with my body. No, Democrats aren't the left wing heroes some people think they are, but when the other side fucking hates me for existing, they're the lesser of two evils. I'm so over this shit.

And no, moving to another country is impossible for most of us. You need money, a desirable career, and probably a bunch of other shit I can't think of right now. If it were that easy I would've left years ago.
all of this. as a US citizen being startled awake just now I opened my phone and hoped. that hope was quickly dashed. I emotionally can't comprehend this right now for real.

I guess I'm a bit on the opposite side of the viewpoint on this. Donald Trump's win has given me some amount of hope that I haven't had in a while. It seemed for a time that Western civilzation was destined to be forfeit and that white Christians such as myself just had to deal with discrimination. Now I see that I'm not alone and in fact most people agree with me. Today has been filled with an optimism I haven't had in a while. I'm so happy that he won!

I never really understood the idea that Trump has somehow been against the LGBT+ community. That's never been a part of his belief or his campaign. The notion that you have to now be afraid if you're LGBT is kind of silly and not really a rational viewpoint. The truth is that life was better for Americans 4 years ago when he was president.

It might be disappointing to not have your side win, but this is certainly a win for America as real issues like the economy, inflation, immigration and crime will be addressed in meaningful ways. Sometimes there's a difference between what you want and what you need.

Bruh.

White Christian and you're being discriminated against? Are you.. Are you trolling right now? He fumbled covid, fucked up the economy, made America a laughing stock, elected a couple of assholes in the Supreme Court who overturned Roe v Wade—the list goes on.

This is exactly what I'm talking about. 70 million people voted for this shitty diaper wearing asshole. But nah, it's white Christians' feelings we have to be worried about. The right hates LGBTQ people, minorities, women, disabled people. They wanna go back to the 1950s when only white Christian men had rights.

Don't worry. Soon, you'll be even more privileged than you are now. The rest of us are gonna become subhuman again. Yaaay, hate and bigotry won!

Under Trump the economy experienced deflation, the opposite of inflation. That's how in order things were under him. Under Kamala overall inflation has increased over 50% in 3 years. It's an economic disaster America had never seen before. This along with having open borders flooding every city are far more important issues than the desire to kill children or whatever other personal grievance you have.

And this is what I'm talking about. Privileges revoked? Subhuman? Who is saying they're going to do any of this? Did any of this occur at all when Trump first took office? Of course not. You are suffering entirely in your imagination, not in reality.

The Vice President is the 2nd highest ranking member of the executive branch and was a part of the Biden administration. She openly supported matters that caused inflation while also being the tie-breaker in the Senate that passed spending bills. She was also completely unable to answer any questions on how her administration would even solve the inflation crisis she helped to create. There were no such problems under Trump.

Fellas, is it murder to have an abortion? Not even any exceptions? Minors and grown women gets SA'ed and pregnant— guess she'll have to keep it. Having a miscarriage? Guess you'll die because doctors can't help you. Which btw, is happening right now in Texas.

Any civilized society has the responsibility to not have an innocent girl kill her baby. There are many wonderful people in the world who will care for an infant if another is unable to. And I'm sorry that you believe a child growing in a womb is just a "clump of cells." I pray that you find God one day so that you don't have to live with such darkness in your heart.
