Recently my doctor put me on Xanax for my panic attacks

Although they are only allowed to do so for 4 weeks

So they have to take me off them

I am looking for a reliable place to buy them online

Has anyone any suggestions? If so DM me

I did buy some from one company but I think they will fake as they weren't the same as the ones I was prescribed

Feel free to get in touch if you know thanks

You should not take benzos longer than 4 weeks because you can become addicted ! Natural alternatives are valerian tincture and Kava Kava root. Don´t try to buy them on the darkweb. A member of this forum just lost a lot of money.

Before you search for sources on google, you should read my post dated July 10,2022:

Lots of fakes around. Even in blister strips with branding. It's shocking how well they forged these days. Best place to get them is dark net markets but you have to do some looking around and vet the vendors as best you can. There's no real certainty though you can get genuine pills there. Body building sites on clearnet often have diazepam but I wouldn't trust them personally. One thing to avoid entirely is loose pressed pills. If they're loose they are 100% knock offs. Don't get me wrong, juet because they're fake doesn't mean they don't work but they could be any benzo or a mix of benzos and research chemicals. There's no telling. There's a site called wedinos with publicly published test results. Often vendors or cuetomers from dark net markets submit samples there so you can cross reference the products there and get an idea for which are fake and more importantly which aren't.

However, with all that said I'd strongly discourage getting more and relying on black or grey market pills. Benzos are nastily addictive and you will reach a point where you won't get benefits from them. You'll have interdose withdrawals and need to take more and more until you hit your ceiling and the only option left is to withdraw from them. Of all the addictions this comes with some dangerous symptoms. It can kill you. Fits and jerks. Brain zaps. Horrendous anxiety and inability to sleep and if it doesn't kill you then you may just live with yout symptoms for months on end. Protracted withdrawals are not uncommon. Even after you single month of use you stand a chance of experiencing a bit of discomfort once they stopped. You should be okay after a few days to a week. You may not notice anything (it varies) but if you do it's a small taste of what you woiod eventually one day have to facem I promise you, its not worth it unless you can find a happy medium where you use them only once or twice per month. A doctor may well agree to presceibe them for that purpose though and if you're dead set on using them I'd recommend proposing that to your doctor.

There's some alternatives that can be explored too. L-theanine is apparently pretty decent. Not benzo strong but serves a certain purpose. Then there's things like kava kava and kratom. Again though, a happy medium/moderation is recommended.

There are also medications with similar effects to benzodiazepines that run a much lower risk of dependency, and are easier to get a physician to write a script for. They are commonly used off label for anxiety.

Two of the more common ones are,
Eszopiclone (Lunesta), and Zolpidem (Ambien, Stilnoct, Stilnox).

Have you asked your provider about the possibility of an "at need" prescription for anxiety? Klonopin (a benzodiazepine class drug) in smaller doses (typically 1mg) is commonly prescribed as an at need medication for reducing the anxiety level during an attack.

FWIW the Z drugs (zopiclone, eazopiclone & zolpidem) are actually just as bad as benzos. It's just pharma that claim they're better alternatives. Trust me, they really aren't. All gabaergic meds come with a price of admission unfortunately.

Your doctor will have to offer you a suitable replacement for the benzoes. Talk to them to see what's working. Many prescribe off-label meds that have less addictive properties like Quetiapine.

Benzoes do make you addicted fairly fast, that's why your doctor wants you off and that's why you are now trying to find them.

It's an awful cycle and you really don't want to get even further into it.

Best of luck.
