Looking for the name of a specific method

I'm looking for the name of a specific method. You use a ratchet strap or some other way to tighten something around your neck. You also put bean bags or some other thing to place on top of your corrotid arteries.
This method was mentioned on here recently, but I can't remember what it was called. It wasn't Night-Night, but something similar.
Any help would be appreciated.

It could be the torniquet method but it doesn't require bean bag or something. That one is the night-night method.
