Looking for help Scuba Method

Hey,

I'm wondering how to do the scuba method for a nitrogen tank,

What adapter would I need, and what about the regulator, where would
I put that, or would I just skip it?

If you could show me links to adapters and tell me how it works,
that'd be appreciated!
