Help Looking for an SN post

There was a post outlining exactly what is needed for SN. I was watching it but with the data loss and having to make a new account I can't find it. It outlined everything you needed to do, how to test it, all the other meds. I can't remember the members name who made it but I think it started with a V or a Z. I'm really hoping someone can point me to it.
