looking for an easy way to cbt

hey, i just joined this site today, and wanted help to find an easy way to cbt. i was hoping that someone on here could provide me with, or at least direct me to someone who could provide me with some kind of lethal pill or something of the sort, thanks

If there was an easy way to commit suicide, I would have committed suicide from time immemorial. Unfortunately, most of the methods of suicide are painful, tragic, dangerous, and contain risks.
Even compassionate and reliable suicide methods such as N are inaccessible..

I really wish there was an very easily accessible, guaranteed and peaceful suicide pill but sadly suicide just isn't that straightforward in this world, if suicide actually was easy then I bet it would be such a relief for suffering people and I would have left a while ago. Sadly we exist in a world where suicide is cruelly made as difficult as possible for people, if there were easily accessible suicide pills then they would soon be restricted.
