Loneliness is fucking my head

19M in college, I am so fucking lonely, I am surrounded by people who don't even think I exist. My whole life I have been ignored by the opposite gender. I just want to be happy, I wouldn't even hurt a fly, I'm emapthetic. Idk man, I don't think I can do this anymore. I have no one, I dont feel at home in my own home. I am so depressed. I want to feel at home.
I have attempted suicide in past and was diagnosed with bipolar

It's not even about companionship at this point. I can't distinguish what is real and what is not. Voices in my head
