I've read that pills OD is mostly unreliable. But haven't found anything about lithium, on reddit I've found opinion that it is probably most lethal among all prescription pills. Not sure if that's true, do you have some information regarding to efficacy and dosing?

I don't know about the most lethal but it certainly is dangerous in terms of permanently disabling a person.

But if the brain gets damaged can pain receptor get damaged too so you won't feel pain is that possible? Also if the brain gets damaged doesn't that mean that you can die if breath functionalities go lost?

I've read that death is possible with Severe Toxicity (>3.5 mEq/L) but haven't found any stats. So probably it's an odd chance...

"Lithium toxicity can be fatal, with severe or potentially lethal outcomes typically occurring at blood serum concentrations above 2.0 mEq/L. Levels exceeding 3.0 mEq/L are considered a medical emergency. While deaths are rare due to modern medical treatments like hemodialysis, untreated poisoning can lead to irreversible brain damage, cardiovascular collapse, and coma"

If you're looking for a peace death, I don't recommend you lithium.
My psychiatrist didn't say more to me tbh, she's scared about me, taking too much lithium. šŸ˜†

Thank you for your answer ! I highly don't recommend lithium if someone wants a peaceful death. Having brain damage is worst than death imo.

I don't even mind to kill myself with no-methods, i have already an SN, but i am getting another SN to be sure and more safe about it by putting it on a seal bag.

Pain is a conscious perception generated by your brain, so it's not as simple as 'pain receptors gone' (whatever that would actually mean, the brain itself doesn't have any btw.), you would just end up with drug/med induced brain damage, which is extremely bad and you do not want that!

Med ODs are non-methods
