I see why you are scared and feeling paralyzed. I don't know much about the conditions, is there any way to get ahead of diagnosis? Finding out early if it's appearing, then using whatever management strategies are out there?
Well I have begun therapy at 19. But I have ptsd I think from traumas my brain and nervous system are junk rn I'm glued to my phone and numb feel I can't work. I'm not sure if I can heal im scared
