Someone posted these as a reply but I think they should be easier to find so I'm making a thread for them. Here you'll find many detailed examples of supposedly fatal and non-fatal SN attempts. The list is a few years old so they were probably buying from different sources but it's still worth reading anyway. Most non-fatal attempts were from either being found or calling the hospital themselves. We don't know for certain about the fatal SN attempts but they never logged back on so we can at least guess.

A lot of the fatal attempt experiences were oddly heartwarming to read. Many people having peaceful final moments. Someone was dancing, another watched their favorite nostalgic tv show, and another was cuddled up with their cat. I was very worried about SN but this list makes me feel better about it thank you.
