An update on the OFCOM situation: As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. OFCOM, the UK’s communications regulator, has singled out our community, demanding compliance with their Online Safety Act despite our minimal UK presence. This is a blatant overreach, and they have been sending letters pressuring us to comply with their censorship agenda.
Our platform is already blocked by many UK ISPs, yet they continue their attempts to stifle free speech. Standing up to this kind of regulatory overreach requires lots of resources to maintain our infrastructure and fight back against these unjust demands. I really had to rack my brain.
1. I took an Uber instead of commuting normally (not financially sustainable, but it was relaxing)
2. I stumbled upon a short story which I enjoyed (Lovecraft)
3. I had a very nice sandwich
1. A garbage can caught fire in front of my building before sunrise (very dark)
2. I got scared when I saw the light from the fire, the smoke and the strong smell coming into the house, I bumped into the TV and scratched my arm which made my skin break out and left a good sign (and it still makes me cringe when I look at it right now.. I don't like blood).
3. I didn't have chips for lunch
But I'm still alive.. a great day.

I dont get how everyone can come up with three... always heard from my therapists that positive self-talk and such was a part of the key to being better, but its never worked for me, I just cant seem to do it
Granted, I only woke up a few hours ago, but still
I cant think of a single one haha...
1. Friend of mine sent me a very cute cat gif.
2. Three 3-pointers in a row on the court yesterday.
3. My Bio-clock is slightly more normal than before.
My therapist told me statistics show you can become way more happy if you do that every day.
My day today was pretty shitty but I will try.
(It is really a hard question today)
1.Me and my dad had an argument on the phone and suddenly the connection was lost. That was quite good. lol
2. In the morning I was less depressed (the evening is fucking with me)
3. One of my Youtube videos had more views than usual
I listened to a book from someone who funily and interesting wrote about his depression. I felt like less lonely because someone feel the same like me. And he wrote very nice.
I had enough energy to take make up and so i felt more attractive and normal in contact with other people.
There were hours without pain. Also without joy, but without pain, and this was wonderful.
1) I talked to my boyfriend
2) I made myself do some things around the house
3) I learned about a really cool and beautiful painting I didn't know about
1 I bought some raving gear!
2 I found some nights out I might go to
3 my gf bought me a box of Thornton's continental chocolates, my favourite, they were on sale
1. Worked out, weightlifting, with added weights.
2. Had a fancy dinner with my wife's coworkers and was comfortable and social.
3. talked to my daughter about thanksgiving plans.
Mmmh, I remember this technique from the clinic, but I definitely neglected it severely. So...
1) I received a package from the flight company which contained the Kindle I had thought lost forever (definitely made my day!)
2) I got my toothache treated
3) There was snow and I could wear some new winter wear I had bought a while ago and was impatient to finally wear
This was yesterday, but:
1. I worked out
2. Enjoyed a few episodes of Seinfeld
3. Cooked a prime rib dinner for my family. Meat was perfectly cooked, and sides were better than expected.
Yesterday:
1. Watched a good movie
2. Asked for help with the wash-maschine
3. I dont know
Today:
1. My dog was good in training (Dog place), that was a nice surprise because I do not practice very much with him 2. I hope my washmaschine will now work 3. In the wood my kids and me collected nature materials for Christmas
