What's the likelihood of SN failing without antiemetics? I'm 5'7, about 50kg. Can source SN, but can't source antiemetics. My understanding of it is that 25g of SN diluted in 50ml of water is the recipe. I'm currently in the process of thinking my plan through, but I'm terrified of it not working and me being left disabled or with severe organ damage.

Any insight is greatly appreciated.

People have succeeded with SN and SN alone, no other drugs. Also, there has been only one case (I think) of someone having lingering side affects from a failed SN attempt. The worst you will get from it is a possible psych hold and a hospital bill (depending on where you live).

Most people fail because they do not follow the established protocol (amount, fasting, etc), they have medical intervention, or their SN is not really >95% SN. It is a pretty foolproof method if you avoid those things.

you really need an antiemetic, the biggest risk is throwing up after taking SN and that's why most people fail

yes taking an anti emetic can prevent puking entirely and also not having a completely empty stomach by having a piece of toast 30 minutes before you take SN after fasting for several hours. if you do puke only a little bit then its fine

wait, im confused on how to understand this... you're saying by eating a little bit of something, for example toast 30 minutes before SN, then you are LESS likely to puke?
yes even with AE you puke

you cant avoid that
so i guess it just minimizes the chance of throwing up, but not a 100% guarantee?

yes exactly right something very light like toast because taking sn on an empty stomach is more likely to irritate your stomach

More likely to puke? Empty stomach
Less likely to puke? with toast
