The idea is almost the same as the ratchet strap. The thing is, you would need to get the right pressure by hand.
Anyone has experience whit this? Maybe someone who is into autoerotic asphyxia idk.

P.s: The ratchet strap might be a red flag, that's why I am bringing up this idea.
