Is the ligature method actually reliable? It feels like convulsions would cause the knots to come undone. I want the method to work cause it's easy to do impulsively pretty easily and I have my own room so I could lock the door until the method goes into effect. My concern ofc is convulsions. Idk how much I'd convulse so I'm nervous. Is there a way for me to test it? Like pass out then record myself?
