I'd rather hear about peoples funny farts than about peoples stupid significant others on Fakebook

Smelly fart, smelly fart...
What are they feeding you...?
Smelly fart, smelly fart...
It's not your fault!

Many options in this case. The one i can think of are:
Humans have very high intelligence and that is why only the human body has the ability to practice meditation, devotion, etc.
It is not necessary that after death u will be born on "Earth" again. Your next birth could be on another planet, another dimension or another universe. So if intelligent life ends on earth, there are still infinite other options available.

The whole multiverse is the "materialistic realm" which is itself in a constant cycle of birth and death. All the infinite entities in this realm have to go through this cycle.
In case you have done research, do you know the origins of this philosophy?

it is literally impossible to stop every human on planet to collectively stop from reproducing. Its a BullSh idea.

No, it's not impossible.

Getting everyone in the planet to agree to stop procreation is actually possible, tecnically speaking, because it's an obviously logical and physical possibility, no matter how IMPROBABLE achieving this goal may be.

Improbable doesn't mean Impossible.

you can't achieve this via anti-natalism. Even if all humans collectively agreed not to reproduce, you can't stop animals and plants and other life forms to stop reproducing.

That's true.

We can't stop life on it's tracks and completely prevent it from doing it's maniac, compulsive, obssession with this self-destructive and self-creating senseless cycle of reproducing and consuming itself — unless we devote an insane, unfathomable, amount of effort... And even then, total extinction would not be guaranteed.

All we can do, individually, as the limited humans we are, is to not further this vicious life's compulsive mania to spread even further down the line by not feeding it with any more children.

To answer your question, Buddhism and Hinduism say that through meditation and and devotion you can attain liberation from the cycle of birth and death. That means will no longer have to take birth and suffer. You will become ONE with the universe (you will get liberated). If you don't take birth you will not have to suffer due to anything, no heat, no cold, no hunger, no disease, no old age, no finances, no attachments.

If you are alive you will have to suffer. I don't have deep understanding of the religion, but there are MANY saints and sages who meditate for decades in the freezing temperatures of Himalayas with very little food, no shelter and very little clothing.
Obviously we common people can't do the same level of meditation, it would be impossible for us to survive.

I think this answers your question, right?
What's the point of being alive then if life is suffering?

In ancient India, 5000+ years ago (according to modern historians)
But the religious stories say that these philosophies don't have an origin, they have been passed down since eternity as it is the divine reality

To suffer gratuitously for many, many, cycles... And then — only then! — you become one with the universe, like a cup of water being poured on a peaceful lake.

Bruce Lee was high on water, man! 😃

Devotion, service, experience, family, warmth, nature, beauty, knowledge, etc etc etc
Basically to have every kind of experience. This is just my guess. I haven't read enough that i could tell you the accurate answer to your question in hinduism.

Oh okay. By the way, do you think that I chose this life and to be brought into existence? Or was it because of samsara? No one can choose not to reincarnate right?

Yeah, but still. Good luck explaining each and every human on the planet to stop reproducing...

I'm not proposing to persuade everyone in the planet. That's virtually Impossible. I was just arguing that this doesn't mean this is an actual impossibility.

But since you are ironically asserting that it would be a fool's errand — and I agree, it is.... Let me ask you...

Isn't it also a fool's errand to try to persuade everyone that they ought to meditate in order to escape this senseless Samsara?!

My religion says. That we all were initially one with the universe.
Like there's a very very tiny chance that this is your first birth ever, this is the starting of your birth and death cycle, before this human body u were one with universe. And you were the one who wanted to have materialistic experiences. And so here u are...
Consider the Cosmos the Ocean. The cosmos is very curious, that's a characteristic of the Cosmos. The same way Ocean is salty, that the characteristic of the Ocean. Now if take out 1 cup of water from the ocean it will still carry the salty characteristic of the ocean. Same way we carry the characteristic of being curious from the Cosmos.
YOU CAN CHOOSE NOT TO BE RE-INCARNATED. But you will also have to put in efforts to be liberated. It's like if want to eat chips, you WILL HAVE TO get out of bed, go to the market and buy chips. Just sitting on the bed and wanting to eat chips won't do anything. So if you want to be liberated, you will have to put in efforts.

Obviously it is "fool's errand"... We aren't sure if this is all true.

People hype this shit up like it's a Disney movie and everybody wins in the end but instead we all lose everything in the end. People tell themselves they are "learning and growing" or that their on their way to some stupid goal but in reality we are on a planet where feeling organisms eat other feeling organisms. I just don't understand what about this life is makes people want to pass it on? This shit is disgusting. Humans are disgusting. The fact that only 1 of 10 lion cubs make it to adulthood is disgusting. This life is not a gift when half of the world is living in shit. I just can't believe people are delusional enough to think this is fun. Just chasing money everyday. I want out so bad.
& before somebody brings up god. There isn't one. The only place god exists is in the minds of morons and the book it originated from. We are a product of evolution and that is all. We are lizards on two feet with giant egos. Disgusting.
Isn't there anything that could make life and living worthwhile?.. Anything at all..

What about beauty and the pursuit of truth - both empirical and personal?

What about art and architecture and music and literature?

What about friendship.. Love, community?

What about cultivating an inquiring mind that seeks answers by knowing where to look and how to look?

What about creating your own path through the forest and leaving a trail for others to follow?

Now how about that?
