Even when you try and see colour or when you feel colour it comes back to black and white. Black and white thinking is a lazy term, people are black and white by nature, life is programmed to be black and white even if you try not to be or try to be a different colour, you're still brought to your knees and told to fit into what is black or what is white. And it doesn't change over time, if you can't fit into black or white or you make a mistake it's held against you, black and white strikes again. This is probably an incoherent rambling post but hey, when I said my head is beginning to snap I meant it, also being referred to support that is specific to suicide so I may be starting to get attention, black and white strikes again into death
